Sales Administration Analyst
This role is accountable of generating reports and scorecards of all channels, manage communication mainly regarding risks and priorities between Sales and Customer Service Teams.
What are we looking for?
- Engineering or Bachelor’s degree focused on Finance or Administration.
- Ability to communicate in English (Plus).
- Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office, mostly Excel.
- SAP Experience.
- Analytic Capacity / Numeric approach
- Action oriented, Standing alone, Drive for results, Build collaborative relationships and Planning
What would be your key responsibilities?
- Supply meetings attendance for invoicing visibility, product and capacity risks, shortages classification and action plans follow up regarding Sales issues/causes.
- Communicate invoicing risks and priorities to sales and customer services teams.
- Weekly order entry and invoicing projection for SSS and C-stores.
- Follow up with sales teams to actions to maximize invoicing capacity (request better order receipt dates, align order releases with credit and collection team, etc.)
- Reports generations: period invoice (SAP), New DTS DC’s one pager, DTS tests and new launches scorecards, DTS balance scorecard.
- Impart Sales Administration induction to new associates (sales hiring).
- Providing visibility of invoicing and order entry through a scorecard and sharing it in a weekly basis to Sales Ops Manager and BOT.
- Align and communicate invoicing risks and priorities through formal and informal communication channels.
- Generates reports using mainly Excel, SAP and Power BI.
- Introduces to new sales associates through a power point presentation and explanation about Sales Admin Team scope, responsibilities, and main interactions with other sales roles.
