Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To support daily sales operations and documentation
- To work with warehouse team on logistic arrangement
- General administrative and clerical work;
- Data input, shipment booking and follow up work;
- Assist other ad-hoc duties as required;
Requirements:
- Diploma or above are welcome
- Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in supporting the sales team
- Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Chinese Word Processing
- Experience and knowledge in construction industry will be an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred
