Job Description
Job Duties:
- Assist Sales Team to prepare and follow up documents of quotation, materials, order, invoice, delivery
- Liaise with departments and customers for time and cost effective solution
- Provide prompt response and solution of customer inquiries
- Follow-up daily order with customers and liaise with logistics team
- Handle customers' inquiries and complaints from calls, emails, etc...
- Provide administrative support to general office activities such as replenishment of office supplies, beverages, etc...
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Business or related discipline
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
- Proficient in MS applications
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
