销售总监助理Sales Administrator

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Operate daily sales admins, sales data and documents making and consolidating; coordinate with other related department for sales issues.

2. Call out the daily meetings for sales director and records, assist in sales team to follow up with the tasks and mission agreed in meetings. Maintain sales events calendars etc.

3. Timely and precisely key in and maintain the sales and purchase order in the system to make sure every step of the order processing goes efficient and fluent

4. Timely and precisely fulfil yearly/monthly/weekly sales report as required by the company

5. Manage the piano selection calendar and room; coordinate with related department for the pianos prep ups for selection.

6. Complete any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years relevant working experience in sales administrator

2. Strong executional abilities with attention to details

3. Excellent coordination abilities with both internal and external clients

4. Excellent in CRM/NAV, office software incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

5. Able to work under pressure to meet timeline with no compromise in quality

6. Able to work with flexible working time.

7. Good English level in both oral and written;

8. Hard worker, yet creative thinker

9. A good team player
