Job Description

To give users a peace of mind in electronic data and communication. We are looking for creative and self-motivated high caliber to join us for the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and/or review purchase requisitions/orders
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for issuing purchase order and inquiries
- Follow up orders and monitor the delivery schedule
- Prepare sales contracts and work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement and inquiries
- Arrange goods receipt and checking, goods delivery and invoice
- Manage and update all Logistics Documents and records
- Support for office supplies such as stationery and pantry supplies when required.
- To manage the daily office administration and facilities
- Provide support to any ad hoc project if needed
Job Requirements:
- Form 6 or above
- Prepare sales contracts and work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement and inquiries
- 1- 2 years working experience in purchasing related IT industry is preferred
- Independent, wiling to learn, detailed-oriented person
- Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good in MS application
