Job Description

Role and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales team for processing of customer orders including order entry in ERP system and follow up for orders status
  • Prepare daily / monthly reports for sales performance
  • Closely communicate with warehouse to ensure supply and on-time delivery
  • Liaise with internal departments to fulfil business unit need such as goods return handling
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor

 

Requirement

  • High Diploma or above in logistics, or equivalent academic qualification
  • 2 years of relevant experience in customer services / sales administration / order fulfilment / logistics
  • Experience in ERP system on sales order and purchase order module
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill and be a team player
