Job Description
Role and responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales team for processing of customer orders including order entry in ERP system and follow up for orders status
- Prepare daily / monthly reports for sales performance
- Closely communicate with warehouse to ensure supply and on-time delivery
- Liaise with internal departments to fulfil business unit need such as goods return handling
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirement
- High Diploma or above in logistics, or equivalent academic qualification
- 2 years of relevant experience in customer services / sales administration / order fulfilment / logistics
- Experience in ERP system on sales order and purchase order module
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skill and be a team player
