Sales Administrator / Coordinator (5-days Work)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end handling of sales orders, from sales orders creation to final billing;
- Contact customers through telephone and email when needed to follow up customers’ order and arrange delivery logistics;
- Use our ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) system to create sales orders base on customers’ purchase order;
- Keep sales orders documents up-to-date and accurate in a timely manner;
- Coordinates with internal procurement department to arrange delivery schedule for customers;
- Coordinates with internal logistics department and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled;
- Arrange billing of goods and services;
- Coordinate among internal sales operation, procurement and logistics departments to ensure customers’ orders are processed effectively and follow them through until orders are delivered according to customers’ requirement;
- Provide good customer service as you process their orders and handle related customer enquiries;
- Achieve high level of customer satisfaction;
- Following and enforcing the company's sales policies and procedures;
- Provide administrative support to sales operation and business process;
- Daily & monthly reporting.
- HKDSE, HKCEE graduates or above;
- 1-2 years in order processing and sales support experience is preferred;
- Experience working in Information Technology company or handling technology product is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Good communication and organisation skills, self-motivated, independent and responsible;
- Immediate available is preferred.
