Job Description

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above 
  • At least 2 year relevant experience in sales administration or sales coordination work, with L/ C (letter of credit) experience 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;

Responsibilities

  • Perform sales administration and order processing
    Prepare shipping documents and process bank document such as Letter of Credit, etc
  • Handke LC documents, bills presentation to bank and follow-up the payment status
  • Responsible for Import / Export shipping documents and bank documentation
