Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- At least 2 year relevant experience in sales administration or sales coordination work, with L/ C (letter of credit) experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
Responsibilities
- Perform sales administration and order processing
Prepare shipping documents and process bank document such as Letter of Credit, etc - Handke LC documents, bills presentation to bank and follow-up the payment status
- Responsible for Import / Export shipping documents and bank documentation
