Description

• Manage sales order and handle customer's enquiries

• Liaise with various internal and external parties to provide high quality service

• Follow up with after-sales and delivery

• Answer phone calls on behalf of the company in a professional manner

• Develop trustworthy relationships with customers by being empathic

• General administration and ac-hoc duties as requested

Profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification with 1+ experience in Customer Service field

• Good in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Energetic, passionate and self-driven with bubbly personality

• Good team player, able to work independently under pressure

• Passionate in Customer Service

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office
