• Develop business plans to to profitably grow the business
• Develop sales force capability of sales partners such as distributors in the effective implementation of marketing programs and sales initiatives
• Steward business relationships with key customers, channels and distributors
• Effectively allocate and manage company resources and assets assigned to support the implementation of the sales plan
• Steward credit performance of customers
