Job Description:

• Prepare the commission report based on the monthly sales policy;
• Consolidate the monthly target, monitor and control the target allocation of schools;
• Work closely with center directors to calculate the bonus for each staff;
• Reporting and analytical support on the monthly/quarterly/yearly staff performance evaluation;
• Ad-hoc support on other projects of controller team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree;
• 2 years relative working experience;
• Detail oriented and sensitive to numbers;
• Good communication skills and negotiation skills;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Proficient in Excel, frequent user in basic formula and Pivot, etc;
• Basic knowledge in accounting or business is a plus;
• Experience of sales force and business intelligence system is a plus;
• Initiative, flexibility, the ability to multi-task and a good sense of team-work.
