Job Description
Sales Assistant:
Responsibility:
1. Be familiar with all company's products and have clear understanding of their costs.
2. Coordinate with director to establish excellent relationship with existing clients.
3. Daily communicate and cooperate with purchase & quality departments for smoothing and correcting sample development and timely mass production.
4. Consistently follow up with customer to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and other requirements.
5. Maximize all opportunities to achieve/exceed assigned revenue objectives.
Like proactively provide quotation to customer with reasonable cost and multiple options.
6. Analyze reasons for customer's complaints, solve it with a responsible attitude and long-term development angle.
7. Create and maintain proper structure of folder in Public driver to ensure documents are saved to correct path and everybody can find them easily.
8. Other tasks assigned temporarily.

Requirements:
1. Proficient in oral & written English, excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills.
2. Proficient in using of Microsoft WORD/ EXCEL/ PPT.
3. Work independently in multi-task environment, ability to set priorities and keep many projects at the same time.
