Job Description
§ Meeting organization, optimization and document preparation § Support with customer visit, senior management visit and event organization § Customer giveaways and office NPM administration § Support Customer Satisfactory Survey in APAC Region and coordination with global core team § Maintain customer address list § Product brochure management § Prepare and translate marketing articles § Office 5s § KPIs and bottom-up planning update § Itinerary management for Vice President Sales & Customer Service § Department information update, e.g. Department presentation § Department activity organization

MAJOR CHALLENGES

§ Communicate and coordinate with global stakeholders § Support Vice President Sales & Customer Service and Regional Sales Director in their daily work with flexibility § Constantly optimize current working process

EDUCATION: Bachelor degree or above

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of office administration experience. Relevant experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer support is desirable

LANGUAGE SKILLS: English as proficient level, German as a plus

COMPUTER SKILLS: MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
