As a Sales Program Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Amazon Global Logistics business. Your responsibilities will include working on larger deals and managing sellers opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and business background that enables them to successfully manage a high volume of outbound logistics as well as experience interacting with Amazon sellers and customers. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to work in a high-volume and fast environment and with cross functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer service for all Amazon export volume and related sellers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond and qualify incoming enquiries
- Support sales to achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Work closely with other team to grow revenue in assigned territory
- Manage numerous requests concurrently & strategically
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
- Basic Qualifications
- Over 3 years of sales, business development or proven experience in project management in customer service/operation/sales/marketing environment of logistics ( preferred in import/export freight forwarding field)
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Superior oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and in English with an innate attention to detail
- Spoken language from the region would be a plus
- Analytical skills using Excel would be a plus
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgets
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Bachelor Degree required
