Responsibilities :
  • Process hotel room reservation and ticket orders from email and fax, verify reservation details, correct pricing, and input in system accurately
  • Handle telephone inquiries from Contracted Wholesalers, Travel Agents, other clients and internal partners on different issues on hotel/ticket/meal coupon bookings
  • Provide “after sales” support such as. ticket delivery coordination, cancellation/amendment on hotel bookings and ticket validity extension, ensuring in the process that our sales policy are complied with, support operations team to handle on-site guest issue
  • Provide support to Sales Coordinators in room block reservation, preparation, and coordination.

Basic Qualifications :
  • Diploma holder or Degree holder preferred
  • Experience in customer service sector, preferably in hotel industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Power-point
