Responsibilities:

• Searching for potential programs via online-searching, phone-calling, brochure-issuing and other channels
• Assisting regular sales data review and analysis
• Preparing bidding documents and quotation for different projects
• Liaising with clients over needing documents as well as coordinating with Engineering Department over relevant project
• Supporting Engineering Department and technicists to assisting clients
• Preparing brochures and other documents for Marketing
• Translating documents, emails, biding documents in relevant with project as well as other documents
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree above, major in English or related preferred
• At least one year working experience in sales/marketing function
• Good team work spirit and personality as well as able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong learning capability and communication skills
• Good spoken and written English skills
• High integrity and ethics
• Good at Microsoft Offices, such as PPT, Excel, Word and so on
