Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
o 50% in Account Management
- Support Business Development team in the renewal and extension of existing accounts
- Provide on-going regular reporting to East region clients
- Ensure that all Aspire products, services and delivery processes are fully understood by the clients
- Respond to client service requests/complaints in an efficient manner
o 50% in data and system management
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly report and utilization analysis
- SF accounts management and weekly sales activity reports.
- Other data related tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Sales Support/Sales Operation/Sales Admin
- Customer Orientated (internal and/or external customers)
- Data analysis related experience, good at Excel and PPT
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Native Chinese and workable English
