Job Description:
1. Responsible for daily, monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports and reports of various sales indicators
2. Collect, sort out and check the information of each sales report every week and report it to the company in time after filling it in reasonably
3. The application, borrowing and write-off of all kinds of expenses of salesmen
4. Assist salesmen in repayment of accounts receivable and related information
5. To be responsible for the customer consultation of Jingdong stores
6. Responsible for the inputting of client information within the company
7. Be responsible for collecting, sorting out, market quotation, price, and new product information to provide reference for sales personnel
8. Assist the salesmen to receive the visiting customers and make the data for reserve
9. Make a good record of sales meeting
10. Complete other tasks arranged by the company in time
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in administration or other related fields
2. More than 2 years working experience, more than 1 year working experience in sales assistant position
3. Familiar with the daily work flow of sales department and related forms management
4. Proficiency in using automated office software and basic network knowledge
5. Has certain judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal ability, communication ability, planning and execution ability
