About the role
Key responsibilities
  • Manage all sales activities within his/her territory / market to meet the forecast set with the company
  • Recommend and assist in establishing the production and inventory plan to support the business
  • Identify new business and product opportunities in the customers
  • Establish the sales plan to penetrate and increase share in customers
  • Maintain close relationship with the customers
  • Coordinate with factories to set up supply plan and follow up on prompt delivery to customers
  • Be responsible for the third-party testing for Kerry Product to make sure Kerry product meet legal requirements.
  • Assist in expediting payment from customers
  • Collect data on markets and industries relevant to our business
  • Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 2 years relative working experience, ingredients & flavours working experience is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Experienced in communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinct
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Self-motivation, independent in work
  • Ability to work with colleagues and supervisors as part of a team
  • Passion for food, passion for growth
  • Acts with drive, determination and resilience
