该职务的主要职责
? Provide effective/efficient assistant to National Sales Director on
monthly, weekly and daily schedule planning and management, business trip
arrangement and coordination.
? Provide business support to National Sales Director on organizing
management meeting, monitoring sales team trip schedule, taking meeting minutes
and following through its action plans.
? To work as administration support to sales supervisors and counters, coordinating
all the issues btw sales and supporting functions.
? Responsible for BC payroll consolidating and processing, including
status change, BC commission reports, etc.
? Administrate sales and counter expense, including budgeting, monitoring
and checking etc.
? Handle landlord and vendor’s PO and documentary process.
? Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
