Job Description
PURPOSE OF JOB: Provide the sales team routine administrative support and enhances the efficiency for the process for the sales process between Sartorius and customers. Support internal sales team to make report from database and simple analysis for sales team to be aware the sales situation and the status of customer.


Responsibilities:
  • Support east and south China area routine business operation.
  • Performs diversified sales assistant duties which may include assisting quotation, inventory status check, contracts, and etc.
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support to a sales team, unit, or department. Process sales and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
  • Draft more complex sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and annual agreements.
  • Make more complex calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
  • Coordinate with commercial operations and financial colleague to handle purchase orders, track customer orders, especially for direct sales accounts, following up and communicate with customers-Assist sales reps with customers’ phone call in the absence of sales reps.
  • Assist 400/800 for customers' phone calls and distribute to relevant sales rep.
  • Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders and deliveries; to maintain sales commission and expense records; and to generate sales reports and statistics.
  • Global visitors local logistic support(hotel, transportation, book meeting room)
  • Sales technical application form/rental agreement collection
  • Update key products end user list
  • Collect AS related working and customer visits report
  • Facilitate AS sample and trial units management(communication and follow up between AS and commercial team)
  • Facilitate products complain follow up
  • Facilitate confidence sample shipment
  • Others upon request


Requirements:
  • Qualification-Diploma degree or above,one year work experience is preferred
  • Know the business process is preferred
  • Good command in both written & spoken English, proficient at office computer skills. Good at making reports
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic individual with good teamwork
