Job Description
"Overseas Customer Support
• Provide real-time Chinese-English simultaneous interpreting and document translation during business negotiations, trade shows, technical exchanges, etc., to ensure smooth communication between parties.
• Assist the sales team in preparing English tender documents, contracts, product literature, and presentation materials, and professionally translate and polish related Chinese documents.
Sales Assistant Duties
• Follow up the entire order-to-delivery process for overseas customers: quotation, contract signing, production scheduling, logistics tracking, and after-sales feedback.
• Maintain the CRM system, generate regular sales reports, and support the team in formulating market strategies.
• Coordinate with internal R&D, production, quality, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery of customer projects.
Market & Customer Relations
• Participate in overseas exhibitions and online promotion activities, collect industry information and customer needs, and help develop marketing plans.
• Build and maintain customer files, conduct regular follow-ups, and enhance customer satisfaction and repeat-purchase rates.
Cross-Cultural Communication
• Leverage understanding of European and American market cultures to advise the team on business etiquette, negotiation styles, etc., thereby improving the company’s international image."
