This role is to provide Relationship Manager with sales support, to ensure high quality client service.

Work closely with clients, sales and operation department, and it also plays a part of client service team.

Key responsibilities:

• Administrative support for relationship manager includes but not limited to meeting arrangement, conference calls, social events etc;
• Work closely with clients;
• Prepare materials for RM;
• Identify business potential;
• Support client events and other marketing activities;
• Support data maintenance in IT system;
• Monitoring transactions;
• Follow-up of overdraft process;
• Assist RM for KYC, AML and other compliance tasks;
• Other tasks as per request

• 2-5 years' relevant work experience in banking or financial industry; Prefer candidates with sales support experience
• Solid skill in KYC, with knowledge of credit;
• University degree or above
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
