Responsible :

1. Providing full sales support (e.g. promotion planning, execution and evaluation) to local key accounts and chain stores.
2. Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales target, ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts
3. Manage the daily logistic & sales related support in different channels.
4. Maintain & promote the positive brand exposure in different channels.
5. Manage & supervise subordinates (promoters) for daily operation & logistic.

Requirement:

1. 2 years or above experience in retail channel management, preferable in household chain-store or supermarket and buyer operation.
2. Extensive experience in local channel operation and multi-channel retail structure
3. Excellent relationship with key buyers / shop manager of local leading chain-store.
4. Familiar with lighting industry & retail segment is definitely advantage.
5. Superior communication & negotiation skills in both oral & written.
6. Ambitious, hardworking and target-oriented.
