Responsibilities:

• Assist Account managers in setting up and maintain client profiles and act as single point of contact for internal and external client enquiries;
• Responsible for handling client account opening and assisting back office with equity operational, settlement and custody tasks etc.;
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with clients by providing them corporate access, market information and stock pitches;
• Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in finance or business-related studies;
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in financial institutions;
• Holder of SFC’s license for Regulated Activity – Type 1 &2 is preferred；
• Strong sense of responsibility and learning ability with outstanding communication and coordination skills and professional ethics, detail-oriented
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word) ;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, fluent in Cantonese is a plus;
