Job Description

To drive overall sales for the Boutique.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maximize sales volume to achieve targets set by the company
  • Provide excellent customer services & build a good relationship with customers
  • Maintain in-shop display image according to Visual Merchandise guidelines
  • Participate in inventory and stock management
  • Achieve monthly and yearly business objectives and KPI targets
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador while providing excellent customer services to customers
  • Develop strong product knowledge across assigned department
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of selling skills and delivers company's customer service standards, as well as develop the customer database
  • Perform stock replenishment and stock take

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Implement the proper steps on handling customers such as greeting, draw attention, closing a sales etc
  • Punctuality
  • Courteous to customers
  • Tidiness and appearance

Qualifications Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in luxury retail with international brand, preferably with sales background in fashion / watches and jewelry.

Education

  • Form 5 or above

Skills / Competencies

  • Pleasant and outgoing personality, strong team work and service mindset.
  • Cheerful, self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
  • Hardworking and able to take on new challenges
  • Excellent in customer service and communication skills
  • Fluent Cantonese, good command of Mandarin and English
