Job Description
#### Position Description:


Purpose of this Position:
1.The Global Product Manager (GPM) is a subject matter expert for the assigned
industry and is the key business development interface between the Regional
sales team and Product business Unit for the GPM’s assigned industry.

2.The GPM will coordinate all necessary resources to assist each sales team
achieve targets by successfully executing the agreed upon business plan.

3.The GPM will promote Lenovo’s gaming solution, develop customer
relationships, establish reference cases, clearly understand and deliver
customer and market segment needs, define the industry value chain, provide
voice of the customer and market information for assessing competitors and
opportunities, and set the local pricing strategy.

Responsibilities:
\- Achieve business development targets and goals for the assigned gaming
business by successfully executing the agreed upon business plan.

\- Develop and align gaming business plans and implement gaming strategies in
Regional Sales teams. Co-work closely with the each regional sales team and
ensure that the regional sales team is up to date and in sync with the current
state and strategy.

\- Develop the right business model for target markets through understanding
the markets, technology trends, emerging standards, customer needs, and the
competition. Establish reference and success stories per market segment.

\- Provide comprehensive solutions to ensure rapid entry into target markets.
Adapt and set product positioning and value propositions for gaming products
to meet local market needs, and implement local product pricing and promotion
strategies. To stimulate business growth, proactively seek new needs to add
new selling points for the company’s solutions and/or services.

\- Responsible for training sales and channels on Lenovo’s gaming solutions
for targeted markets.

Requirements:
\- Bachelor’s degree is required, commerce related major is preferred.
\- At least 10 years working experience in related industries.
\- With overseas sales experience is preferred
\- With multi-national corporation experience is preferred
\- With telecom, mobile channel experience is preferred
\- Fluency in written and verbal English communication is a must.
\- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Highly skilled in connection building and teamwork.
\- Excellent customer focus with strategic planning experience. Strong project
management and escalation management skills.
\- Autonomous learner with high motivation to independently drive the assigned
business.
\- Strategic and logical thinking.
\- Highly effective communication skill that enables regular interactions with
sales management, R&D, product marketing, and other relevant teams regarding
project status, technical issues, and customer feedback
