Job Description
Position Description:
\- Identify and prioritize opportunities in the market to develop the
workstation, smart office, software, accessories and visuals business in
Colombia.
\- Responsible for driving revenue and profit for accounts, selling WS,
software, accessories, visuals and specific use case solutions for those
industries. Smart Office Solutions consist of integrated hardware,software,
and services provided by Lenovo and 3rd party development
\- Work in concert with the local sales team for those accounts by providing
the solution selling expertise needed to close new business.
\- Proactively seek new and develop existing BPs to support growth.
\- Set KPIs and execute on these actions tending to the development of the BP
network.
\- Work together with Marketing + Segment and Sales for the development of
actions that seek all product lines growth in the country.
\- Lead commercial conversations and track the number with the sales teams in
the
countries
\- Develop a network of BP channels that specialize in the sale of all product
lines. Manages the
relationship with high level POC within group of accounts to ensure
opportunities are identified and closed, usually assigned an overlay or shared
quota, deployed against qualified opportunities, attains volume objectives.
\- Regularly engaged at customer facilities and delivers high impact
presentations
leveraging strong technical skills.
\- Communicates technology road maps /vision and associated technical
advantages of the proposed solution.
\- Recommends product and service configurations to assist with overall system
design and integration.
\- Develops and executes proactive sales plans to deliver commercial goals.
\- Collaborate with ISVs and business partners to drive incremental business
with customer.
\- Work wit h core account team to create integrated, effective account plans,
RFI &RFQ for targeted customers.
\- Maintain pipeline sufficient target and ensure SFDC is updated .Generate
Gross
pipeline(2 quarters rolling)

Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree; 7+ years of relevant experience selling workstations,
software, smart office, visuals or accessories  to large Enterprise accounts
and SMB business (through business partners) in a
commissions-based sales environment. Client-facing and consultative sales role
requiring industry experience, with expertise in closing deals.
