Job Description
We're looking to hire driven Sales/Business Development Associates to iterate and grow our B2B sales process. We are looking for people who have a desire for sales and are looking to start or continue their careers with a huge opportunity for growth.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect new sales opportunities at distributors, online platforms and retailers non-profit
• Establish a need for our products, identify key decision makers, and schedule Nitro Cold Brew tastings.
• Manage your sales pipeline from cold call to tasting scheduled and tasting completed to deal closed.
• Exceed personal and team goals while teaching and learning from peers and mentors.
• Build Client Relations In order to expand the market, work to form new client relationships and strengthen existing client relationships to forge new opportunities. In this role,
• Assist in the sales and service processes to ensure client satisfaction to help increase revenue and develop lasting professional relationships that will fuel sales and lead to possible partners with organizations associated with these clients.
• Promote Company Products to build awareness and recognition of products help to create promotional and sales materials for clients and the public.
• Conduct Market Research
• Coordinate Marketing and Networking Events

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with various departments to ensure company product promotions, sales, development and effective marketing campaigns.
• Creative and detail-oriented team players who can build and maintain productive relationships with fellow employees, clients, customers, vendors and other professionals involved in the production, sales and marketing of products.
