The Senior Analyst role will help to build analytics for HCC Marketplace, including funnel conversion, goods shopping behavior and campaign analytics to help the growth and profitability of Ecommerce business.

Duties and responsibilities:

1.Deliver high quality analytics of funnel conversion, goods shopping behavior, campaign monitoring for HCC Marketplace;

2.Provides deep insight to decision-maker on business recommendation based on data finding.

3.Build and maintain comprehensive data structure in fast changed business environment to meet business requirement;

4.Closely work with stakeholders to understand business problems and develop the proper analytical solutions.

Requirements:

1.Minimum Bachelor’s degree, and Master’s, degree preferred in statistics, econometrics, mathematics and other analytics field;

2.3+ years of analytical experience in Ecommerce industry, nice to have 1+ year management experiences;

3.Proficient in SQL, Hive, BI tools, and other programming languages (R, Python, Matlab, SAS, Stata…);

5.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
