Profile

As Sales/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operations Manager you are the backbone of Sales Marketing Effectiveness (SME) operations and do partner intensively with a variety of internal stakeholders such as business unit leads, sales managers, KAMs and sales reps to provide decision support based on your analyses and insights. In addition, you are responsible to maintain the CRM system and to implement new functionalities.
 

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages and reports on KPIs

• Identifies opportunities to further improve efficiencies and to lead efforts to scale best practices across the teams

• Oversees Sales Force structure, including territory setup and sizing to maximize its effectiveness

• Ensures Sales Force focus as well as customer targets are aligned with corporate/brand strategy

• Owns the Sales Incentive process

• Analyses, updates and maintains data and creates meaningful insights and dashboards

• Provides ongoing technical and system support (CRM) and general training to system users
   

Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, engineering or science

• 3+ years of relevant experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)

• Analytical thinker with ability to formulate and develop analyses

• Excellent Excel knowledge; Advanced MS Office User

• Any experience with Tableau, CRM tools (Veeva/Salesforce), SQL and/or Macros/VBA is an advantage

• Highly-motivated self-starter with very well developed communication skills

• Commitment to excellence and high standards

• Ability to work in (cross-functional) teams and build effective partnerships

• Fluency in German & English, both in oral and written communication

We offer an annual minimum base pay of € 58.300 gross (full time/All-In) per year and attractive benefits  (e.g. flexible working hours/remote work, bonus payment, pension plan, lunch allowance ...). The final compensation package will depend  on your qualification and experience.
