Responsibilities:
- Provide support to sales team on client’s project and orders
- Handle customer orders, shipping arrangement and declaration
- Prepare quotation and invoices, handle data entry & filing
- Assist in all aspects of exhibition works
- Experience in Jewelry industry will be an advantage
- Proficiency in using MS Windows, Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Knowledge of jewellery products is preferred
- Good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently
- Immediate available is preferred
- Recent graduate will be considered
