• To follow up production schedule, sampling and shipment arrangement for bulk order and sample order on seasonal bathing sets.
• Manage customers’ accounts independently and provide support for merchandising team
• Report the marketing plan, order projection and activities
• Arrange shipment with customer and vendor
• Ad hoc work as requested

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• 1-2 years of solid experience in Health & Beauty and Cosmetic products industry
• responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated, detail oriented and can work under pressure
• Work independent and pro-active, good organizational skills
• Excellent of computing experience with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Fast typing speed 
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
