Responsibilities :

• Responsible for inbound customer enquiries, quotation, order taking and processing
• Develop strong relationship with customer to enhance customer satisfaction, retention & loyalty 
• Address clients and sales’ feedback to support functions such as product, logistic and finance for services enhancement 

Requirement :

• DSE/HKCEE graduated or above, 1 year of sales experience in telemarketing / customer services / call centre is an asset
• Passionate, detailed-minded, disciplined, hardworking and eager to learn with a positive mindset
• Customer-oriented, good telephone manner, strong communications and interpersonal skills
