Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to the sales department
- Prepare quotation, invoices and data entry
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up orders
- Arrange shipment/delivery of goods
- Attend local trade shows
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- High sense of responsibility
- Detail-minded, well-organized and hard working
- Knowledge of MS office software and Chinese typing
- Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
