Job brief
We are looking for a qualified Sales Admin / Co-Ordinator to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for placing orders, organizing paper work and handling the order life-cycle.

If you have good organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities

Process orders/Quotes

Check data accuracy in customer orders and issued quotes

Contact Vendors to obtain missing information

Liaise with vendors for product information and pricing

Maintain and update Order Schedules and Follow ups

Keep all involved parties up to date with Order Status

Handle and maintain all paperwork regarding orders

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales admin or Sales support agent
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
