Juki (Hong Kong) Ltd., a Japanese trading firm located in Kwai Fong is looking for a sales coordinator.

Responsibilities :

- Handle full sets of Import / Export documents through SAP system

- Handle customers' enquiries and orders

- Provide daily support to the Sales Team and assist in handling ad-hoc projects

Requirements

- F.5 or above

- Minimum 2 years' solid relevant experience in trading / Import & Export Company

- Good PC skills in Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing, knowledge of SAP is an advantage

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin. 

- Japanese and / or Korean speaking would be a definite advantage although not necessary

- Able to work independently and willing to work overtime if required

- Strong sense of responsibilities, self motivated and willing to learn

- Being a good team player with good customer service skill
