US Sales Representative
GenHigh Tech is a startup developing, manufacturing and selling home cleaning devices including home cleaning and pet cleaning lines. It's headquartered in Shenzhen China with a presence in Los Angeles California. The home cleaning product line offers robot vacuums, handheld wet dry vacuum etc. And the pet cleaning product line currently offers an innovative pet grooming vacuum kit, which is a big hit on the market.
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively develop new clients and maintain existing client relationships. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
Develop new client relationship in the right product sector. We focus a lot on the pet grooming kit at this moment, so the priority now is to get more retailers and resellers selling this pet product.
Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
Reach out to client leads through cold calling.
Prepare and attend relevant exhibitions and trade shows. Follow up with leads.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
Proven work experience as a sales representative in the hardware business.
Work experience and resources in the pet supplies industry is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Familiar and comfortable with remote working.
Comfortable with traveling for business.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
BS/BA degree or equivalent.
