Job Description
【Job responsibilities】
1. Find the target enterprise customers with recruitment intention in Hong Kong, explore and analyze the customer recruitment needs, expand and maintain new and old customers, and develop reasonable recruitment solutions for customers;
2. Grasp sales opportunities, negotiate with customers to promote cooperation and achieve performance goals;
3. Quickly and effectively solve customer inquiries, queries, complaints, suggestions and feedback, and improve customer satisfaction;
4. To tap their own potential and collect first-line marketing information, user opinions, market information and competitor information;
5. Implement the company's sales strategies and policies, actively put forward suggestions to the company, and maintain the corporate image.
【Job requirements】
1. Associate degree or above, with 3 years of working experience in human resources and headhunting industry sales or other customer development, and requires a round-trip job between Shenzhen and Hong Kong;
2. Have good sales channel development ability and strong anti pressure ability, strong enterprising spirit, strong sense of responsibility, strong desire for success and anti pressure ability;
3. Fluent in Cantonese, able to communicate in Mandarin, quick in thinking, high EQ, good at learning and communicating with people, and able to communicate with customers efficiently;
4. Have customer resources and BD capabilities, and relevant network resources or customer development experience is preferred.

【岗位职责】
1、寻找香港地区有招聘意向目标企业客户,发掘分析客户招聘需求,拓展维护新老客户、为客户制定合理化招聘解决方案;
2、把握销售机会,与客户谈判促成合作,达成业绩目标;
3、快速有效解决客户的咨询、疑问、投诉、建议及回响,提高客户满意度;
4、挖掘自身潜力,收集一线营销信息、用户意见、市场信息、竞争方信息;
5、执行公司的销售策略及政策,积极向公司提出参攷意见,维护企业形象。
【任职要求】
1、副学士、中五以上学历,3年人力资源及猎头行业销售或其他客户开拓工作经验,需要深港两地往返工作;
2、具备良好的销售管道开拓能力和较强的抗压能力,进取心、责任心强,有强烈成功欲望和抗压能力;
3、粤语流利,能用普通话交流,思维敏捷,较高的情商和善于学习及与人沟通交流,能高效的与客户沟通;
4、有客户资源及BD能力,有相关人脉资源或客户开发经历优先。
