Job Description

For MBFSK's sustainable growth with Brand Partner and Dealers, this position is responsible for supporting to set up strategy and direction with a senior, aligned with Brand Partner and DMO HQ, to contribute Brand Partner sales as well as FS products sales based on continuous market research and reflection of market needs through conduction of consultancy online and offline.


1. Develop consultation concept, direction and strategy
 Support to set up the consultation concept and strategy of MBFSK for MB Passenger Car including Certified Pre-owned and Commercial Vehicle

 Develop the diverse programs based on the customer lifecycle management including RV based product development, customer satisfaction, customer retention / loyalty and repurchase as trade cycle management.


2. Planning for consultation course
 Communicate with MBK and DTK training team for existing and new sales people course on line and off line, including planned sales training through annual training course for all target group

 Support to plan annual consultation schedule and budget in consultation with relevant team and manage budget


3. Conduct consultation
 Develop and adopt external consultation course reflecting market needs through professional institute
 Develop and conduct digitalized material for all target group
 Support for development of new course and to enhance & maintain existing course
 Perform the planned courses aligned with Brand Partner
 Perform and conduct dealership/showroom-level consultation for new finance product and program and new process / new system introduction involved in SC and Dealers

Consult and advise FS Sales Intermediary to fully use FS products based on full understanding


4. Communicate with internal department, annual training responsible in Brand Partner and (R)HQ
