Location: Beijing

Job Description:

1. Execute & grow sales through of the products in retail store

2. Achieve store sales target, strive for better in-store ranking and share in own coverage

3. Drive and monitor the sales performance

4. Daily store maintenance and administration, including merchandising, stock checking & controlling

5. Build up good relationship with related management in stores and strive for support

6. Coordinate and work closely with other functions to guarantee smooth daily operation in counters

7. Ensure sell through data properly reported, and follow up actions to improve sales performance & resolve issues

Requirements:

1. University graduate in Sales, Marketing, Music, Customer Service or related disciplines

2. Minimum 3 years of sales through background in multi-national company.

3. Possess professional selling skills

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills

5. Outgoing, full of passion, a piano player

6. Achievement-driven, results-oriented, strong business acumen to seize the business opportunities and attain stretch goals

7. Competitiveness, keen to be No.1

8. Hard-working, willing to dedicate extra time for excellence
