A. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
01. Advise customer of ’s quality services
02. Establish any need for Relocation Services (ie: Home Search, Familiarization, Visa/Immigration service, etc.)
03. Establish any need and sell Handyman and Home Maker services
04. Perform surveys for all types / modes of household goods moves
05. Instruct and educate client regarding document requirements, insurance coverage, destination country information (dual role with CSR)
06. Estimate and calculate costs for each quoted job, calculation of origin, freight and destination charges, preparation of quotation
07. Communicate with partners at destination for rates and assistance in booking the move
08. Follow up on all pending quotations
09. Preparation of check list / instruction form for Operations / Import Department for entry into MM system by CSR
10. Preparation of job invoices for entry into MM (Move Manager) by CSR
11. Attend weekly sales meetings and review meetings on pending jobs. The sales person should be prepared to present information about each client. Meeting held on each Tuesday at 8am
12. Assist training of CSR position regarding export documentation, insurance coverage, general customer service, and issuing quotations
13. Use MM (Move Manager) to maintain client account information
