Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to customers.
Coordinate the purchase of merchandise with requisition orders.
Answer phone calls and provide information to callers.
Follow up on customer complaints and problems as needed.
Ensure all items are readily available.
Work in concert with other workers in the organization to reach sales goals.
Auditing computer records for accuracy
Completing paperwork when receiving the merchandise into inventory.
