Job Description
From 2014 we are going international with our company, therefore we are looking for about 20 to 25 candidates:

15 to 20 Sales Consultants Part Time or Full Time
3 Sales Specialist Full Time
1 Sales Leader Full Time
1 Marketing Assistant Full Time

who are energetic, enthusiastic, dedicated and a positive individual who enjoys working with different people furthermore thrives on extreme pressure to hit the targets.

listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new products;
responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
gathering market and customer information;
representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock;
recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
feeding future buying trends back to employers;
attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Training would be given all in English, the work environment is all in English speaking.

Training is once or twice a week, for few hours,
For improving British Business English.
For improving Customer Service Skills.
For sales Skills.

The candidates must be in China or have a Chinese visa up to three months before come to China.

Work Visa would be given after the three months probation.

English reading, writing and understanding is needed the most.

Experienced Sales person or foreigners are welcome too.

Foreigners who can speak English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, as native or second languages are welcome too.

CV must be in English and Chinese.

Please note the company is very young at this stage, we need candidates who wish to stay in this company long term plus develop they skills for behalf the company. Furthermore there is chance for everyone to promote in the company just depends how hard you work and showing your results.
