You will be the end guard to ensure that all internal processes are implemented accordingly. This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As the Sales Controlling Professional, your responsibilities will include: Working together with the Sales team and the Business unit team, to support the maintenance and organization of Sales pipelines Building and implementing weekly reports for Topline analysis, providing greater transparency on Sales reporting and expediting decision-making processes Handling and enhancing Sales Incentive planning, control, documentation and payout Coordinating with legal team for documents submission, LoA escalation and Contract negotiation with Customers Establishing a Sales Committee to discuss strategies for led generation, and how to address opportunities in the current pipeline Supporting the Sales team and Government Affairs on the preparation of presentations/materials for customer meetings Supporting Topline Execution, focusing on improving the current Contract Administration controls, mapping risks & opportunities, troubleshooting any roadblocks on projects schedules, and working on FC Accuracy for Canada’s Topline.
