The role:

Sales coordinator joins the sales team in Shanghai and reports directly to the regional sales manager in Beijing. The role is to help increase the presence of EF Academy in the North, which means grow sales through developing new lead generation and sales channels.


You will:

Operation:

  • Running and coordinating daily sales activities (telemarketing, customer calls and visits).
  • Provide support for various online and offline activities.
  • Local admin tasks
  • Other support as necessary


You have/are:

  • Passion in the education industry
  • Highly sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset
  • Positive mindset and “can do” attitude
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, creative, attention to details
  • Result-driven with flexible work style and ability to perform under pressure
  • Degree in business or marketing (some overseas study experience and/or international internship is preferred)
  • Ideally 2 years of work experience in sales
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Regular domestic and some international travel will be required
