Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
- Handle telephone calls and enquiries professionally
- Assist the Sales Managers in handling reservations and the follow up assignments, include opening of all accounts, bookings and events in the system
- Perform general office duties to support the department
- Maintain an up-to-date filing system
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of related work experience in hotel, preferably in luxury hotels
- Good command in both English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Well organized, detail minded, out-going and be a team player
