Job Description
Job Title: Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
Internal process assistance
- Assist Sales teams in planning sponsorship and internal compliance system submission & tracking
- Compile working procedures, reports, memos and meeting minutes as required in Company’s standard format in English and/or Chinese
Budget tracking
- Assist function head to plan cross-brand team budget and perform reconciliation between teams if necessary
- Manage and track business related bills and payments, to make sure the smooth running of daily business
Admin support
- Liaise with other functions to support company level events (annual meetings, etc) and ad-hoc projects/tasks as and when required
- Coordinate mailings, courier/deliveries and internal share-point/box setup
Requirements:
- 2+ years MNC experience in an administrative support role supporting large teams at different levels
- Existing in-depth knowledge of MNC marketing operations, policies and procedures and/or fast learner of Amgen specific requirements
- Helpful, can-do attitude with a solution-oriented approach
- Experienced and proficient with all current technologies and platforms (e.g., conference systems, etc)
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in communicating key business and critical information
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (i.e. work processing, presentations, and spreadsheet skills) as well as SharePoint, SAP, and the Learning Management System at Amgen
- Experience providing administrative support to remote staff
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
