Job duties:
- Provide general support to the sales team
- Prepare quotation, sales invoices, data entry
- Follow up orders and shipping arrangement
- Handle customer's account and related matters
- Documentations and attend trade shows
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above
- at least 1 years’ experience in the export jewellery field
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Able to work self-organized and responsible
