Responsibilities:

• Manage total rebate and Long Term balance
• Prepare analysis report on with the company sales strategic plan
• Work closely with A/R on charge back issue
• Partner with internal teams to control and execute budget
• Provide training and share policy with sales team
• Responsible for monthly forecast and closing analysis report

Requirement:

• Diploma holder with relevant experience
• Good command of written and spoken in English.  
• Experience in a fast-paced FMCG or similar environment
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to build good team relationships
• Well-manage on coaching, developing and leading teams to achieve high standard
• Proficiency in MS word, excel, PowerPoint / Pivot Table, vlookup
